Return/Refund Policy

We will accept most Returns and Exchange requests under the following conditions:
( / Kissera Corp. Reserve the rights to withhold a 15% Restocking fee on all returns.)

1) An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number must be requested before any merchandise is shipped back to us. This is strictly enforced. No Exceptions. Any and all merchandise sent back to us without an RMA number will be denied. If the package is received without an RMA number, the customer will be responsible for the returning shipment and the 15% restocking fee will be applied, no questions asked.  For exchanges, the package will NOT ship until a shipping payment is made for RMA-less customers. So PLEASE request an RMA number before shipping your exchange/returns back to us.

2) You have 5 business days after receiving the shipment to submit a request for an RMA number.

3) After receiving an RMA number and the confirmation E-Mail from us with the instructions, you have another 5 business days to send back the merchandise in it's original condition, new and unused. Partial returns are not accepted.

4) All items being Returned and/or Exchanged must be in the same condition as it was received; All labels and tags intact, unworn, not wrinkled or damaged and in new condition.
Once items are received and the above criteria and conditions are not met, we hold the right to charge you additional incurring fee's depending on the severity of the returned condition.

Damaged items: Will be allowed an Equal Exchange (Same product type and/or value).

Not what you ordered:
Will be allowed an Equal Exchange (Same product type and/or value).

Not what you expected: Will be allowed Store Credit for the total value of merchandise returned.

International/Hawaii/Alaska Customers: Because of the high shipping fees pertaining to these territories, the shipping fee for the returning items (back to the customer) will be the responsibility of the customer. We will offer a refund in most cases, as long as the other requirements have been met.


Full refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances.

Time sensitive orders: Will be allowed a Full Refund (Minus a 15% restocking fee) if the shipment arrives late due to late processing. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for ordering in a timely manner, usually 7-14 days before the intended date of receipt. See Shipping Policy for more info.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we strongly urge you to ship your return with insurance and delivery confirmation. / Kissera Corp will not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All returns are processed within 7 days of receipt.

* Corp. is not responsible for any lost/damaged/missing/delayed packages due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as, but not limited to; Severe weather conditions, negligence, theft and others.
